Embodied Resistance: Immersive Art and the WLF Revolution
Collaboration with A.T and R.F
2023- present
Embodied Resistance: Immersive Art and the WLF Revolution is an interactive art project redefining how we engage with historical and contemporary movements through immersive, multi-sensory experiences. Both physical and virtual, this project invites participants to engage with the Woman, Life, Freedom (WLF) Archive, transforming it into a living, evolving tool for global feminist resistance. Using technologies like AI, AR, and VR, the project creates immersive environments where participants experience the archive’s content in intimate, dynamic, and participatory ways. Anchored in the death of Jina (Mahsa) Amini and the WLF revolution, this project frames the body as both a site of oppression and resistance, allowing global audiences to witness public defiance, symbolic resistance, and raw emotional power of lived experiences, fostering connections across borders and movements.
